What happens after I get in touch?

We'll start with a conversation about your project, your space and what you're hoping to achieve. From there, we'll recommend the best way to work together and, where needed, provide a tailored proposal setting out the scope, fees and next steps.

Do I have to choose a package?

Not at all. Our packages are a useful starting point, but every home and project is different. Whether you need a little design direction or support from the first ideas through to completion, we can tailor our services around your needs.

What does the 90-minute Design Visit include?

The Design Visit is your chance to pick our brains.

We'll come to your home and spend 90 minutes talking through your space, your ideas and any challenges you're facing. We can discuss layout, colour, furniture, lighting, storage, kitchens, bathrooms; whatever is most relevant to your project.

You'll then receive a follow-up summary with key recommendations and suggested next steps.

And, if you decide to continue with a larger design package, your consultation fee can be credited towards it.

Can you help even if I don't know what I want yet?

Absolutely. In fact, that's often the best time to get in touch.

You don't need to arrive with a finished vision, a Pinterest board with 400 saved images or all the answers. Part of our job is helping you work out what you like, what you need and what will work best for your home.

Can you help with my kitchen or bathroom from start to finish?

Yes. We can tailor the level of support to suit your project.

That might mean creating the design and specification for you to take forward yourself, or providing more comprehensive support from the initial concept through to completion.

We'll discuss exactly what you need before putting together your proposal.

Do you work with builders and trades?

We can work alongside your chosen builders, installers and tradespeople to help ensure the design is understood and carried through as intended.

Depending on your package, this can include design queries, additional information, supplier coordination and site visits. For projects requiring more hands-on support, we can discuss a tailored service from design through to completion.

Can you source products and materials for me?

Yes. We can help source and specify everything from furniture and lighting to kitchens, sanitaryware, tiles, finishes and fittings.

We'll agree exactly what procurement support you need and how this is charged before work begins.

Do you only work on large projects?

Not at all.

You might need help rethinking one room, designing a kitchen or bathroom, or transforming an entire home. No project is too small to start with a conversation and our 90-minute Design Visit is a great option if you're looking for expert advice without committing to a full design service.
